  Practical Sessions

  • Practical sessions will be held in a state-of-the-art laboratory in the SRTM premises  and outside solar installations on the terrace of the main building.  
  • Hands-on exposure will be given to the participants on 1 Kilo-watt-peak and 3 Kilo-watt- peak roof top PV power plants, fixed tilt and dual axis tracking systems, 3 HP solar PV submersible  pumping system with variable frequency drive, inverters, hybrid inverters, solar street lights, solar water heating system (200 lpd), Instruments used for measuring/monitoring system performance ,etc.
